Master Optician

Qualifications:
  • Master optician with hands-on experience for high accuracy flat optics
  • Must have 5 years hands on experience in high accuracy flat optics
  • Must be able to achieve Lambda /20 and 60/40 SQ on pitch polishers and production CP   equipment
  • Have knowledge of Blanchard grinders, surface grinders and lapping machines is a plus.
  • Bright, creative, energetic, open-minded, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork attitude




Opticians

Qualifications:
  • Must have hands-on experience working with flat optics.
  • Must be able to achieve lambda/20 flatness on pitch polishers and CP.
  • Must be proficient in reading and comprehending blueprints.
  • Manufacturing software experience a plus.
  • Must be well organized, energetic, personable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.

Spindle Polishers

Qualifications:
  • 2 years + experience working on polishing spindles for flat optics is a plus.
  • Must have 2 years + handling precision optics. 
  • Must be proficient in reading and comprehending blueprints.
  • Manufacturing software experience a plus.
  • Must be well organized, energetic, personable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to train the right person.

Grinders (Glass Machine Shop)
Qualifications:
  • Optical Machine shop grinding experience required.
  • Have knowledge of Blanchard grinders, surface grinders and lapping machines is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in reading and comprehending blueprints.
  • Manufacturing software experience a plus.
  • Must be well organized, energetic, personable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to train the right person.
                 

                                Machinist / Tool Maker         

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years machine shop experience.
  • CNC experience is required.
  • Knowledge of conventional machinery.
  • Tooling, Milling machine and Lathe experience a must.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Ability to maintain, repair and troubleshoot shop machinery.
  • Must be well organized, responsible, efficient and have the ability to multi-task.





Micro Assemblers

Qualifications:
  • Must be mechanically inclined and have mechanical assembly experience.
  • Must be proficient in reading and comprehending blueprints.
  • Must be energetic, personable, reliable and dedicated.
  • Manufacturing software experience is a plus.
  • Must be extremely organized and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to train the right person.


Quality Control Manager / Engineer

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as a Quality Manager / Engineer.
  • First Article Inspections. Environmental testing of products. 
  • Completely proficient in ISO9001 standards.
  • Fully versed in CMM operation and programming. 
  • Strong computer skills. MS Office and manufacturing software. 
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.  
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills are essential. 
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-task, deadline oriented environment. 

Quality Control Inspector
 
Qualifications:
  • Read blueprints and use measuring equipment.
  • Inspect quality of final product.
  • Inspect incoming parts.
  • In process inspection.
